Handmade Soap Workshop
Visit + Eco-friendly soap + Women= ?
‘Power of Narrative’—a community art and education programme—shall kick off now! We would like to invite you, our devoted supporters and friends who care about the community, to participate in our upcoming community visits and get in touch with different social groups in society.
The workshop is hosted by local women workers. Through making eco-friendly soaps with women workers from Hong Kong Women Workers’ Association, you will be able to interact with them and have a deeper understanding about their lives.
Date: 19th July, 2014 (Saturday)
Time: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Venue: Hong Kong Women Workers’ Association (Ground floor of Tsui Ying House at Tsui Ping (South Estate)
Fee: $50 per person

【Content of the visit】
- Make eco-friendly soaps with women workers using natural materials, and take the completed products home
- Understand more about the lives of women workers through collaboration and interaction
You are welcome to bring clean plastic tofu containers, plastic biscuits containers, jelly bowls and expired plant oil with you.
【A friendly reminder】
Please prepare a plastic food bag to bring the handmade soap home.

探訪+環保皂+婦女=?
「疾風勁草」社區藝術及教育計劃又展開啦！我們誠邀各位朋友參加「疾風勁草」2014的社區探訪活動，認識社會上的不同群體。今次的社區探訪將帶大家走進勞動婦女的世界，與香港婦女勞工協會的朋友一起製作環保皂，互相交流。
日期：7月19日（星期六）
時間：下午2時至4時
地點：香港婦女勞工協會（觀塘翠屏村翠櫻樓地下）
費用：每人$50

【工作坊內容】
- 與勞動婦女一起親手製作成份天然、安全又環保的肥皂，並帶製成品回家
- 透過活動了解勞動婦女的生活
*歡迎帶來乾淨細豆腐膠盒、膠餅乾盒或啫喱杯等，及已過期的植物油
【注意事項】
請自備保鮮袋盛載完成的環保皂。
