揭開電騙集團之秘 及 電騙園豬仔血淚獨白
電話投資騙案時常發生，但騙徒往往是被賣豬仔到東南亞的詐騙集團，被集團強迫進行電話詐騙的受害人。余德寶多年來跟進個案，了解詐騙集團的營運模式及爭取營救受害人。
余德寶在活動中分享：
1. 「殺豬盤」的運作方式
詐騙集團強迫受害人，利用信任及友情招來更多朋友豬仔，或透過社交宣傳高薪快錢的工作，誘騙青年人到東南亞工作，當這些人到達當地一刻，已經踏上不歸路，成為豬仔騙徒一員。
2. 受害人家屬心聲
詐騙集團除強逼受害人進行電話投資詐騙外，還要求受害人致電家屬要求巨額贖款，家屬曾繳交贖款後，最終受害人仍不獲得釋放，多個家庭為籌集贖款疲於奔命，與受害人團聚的願望幻滅，
3. 詐騙集團的歷史與發展
隨著世界的科技發展，詐騙集團由從前的小規模營運，變成今天的國際性、系統性及策略性的營運，管理層更來自世界各地的頂尖詐騙高手，而當中的詐騙手法更是層出不窮，詐騙過程細節更是經過精密思考。

香港出生和成長，從小對政治充滿濃厚興趣。在香港浸會大學主修國際政治，當大學同學在假期約會、外遊時，余德寶選擇加入政黨並在地區深耕細作，服務社區。大學畢業後參選區議會選舉，成為油尖旺區最高票當選和最年輕的區議員。
服務社區近十年，時光飛逝，余德寶曾表示將自己人生最青春的十年給予香港和社區，無怨無悔。近年香港經歷了許多變化，卸下議會職務後，現以不同的身份和方式繼續服務市民。余德寶正在倫敦大學修讀法學士（LLB）學位，希望將來透過法律知識來幫助有需要的香港人。
