The world’s economic and social situation is ever-changing. As one of Asia’s international financial, commercial and professional service centres, how should Hong Kong adjust, despite its advantages and good circumstances in the past decades, to face challenges of industrial transformation, competition of Asian cities, the epidemic, changes in human talents, technology development, etc.?

– 香港循環再造產業與廢料回收的核心問題是甚麼?
– 政策和措施能否針對特定問題所在?

葉文琪 Harold Yip
綠谷科技聯合創辦人。資訊機密處理有限公司 (Secure Information Disposal Services Limited, SSID) 創辦人，該公司成立於2009年，是一家獲獎的廢物和環境管理公司。由幾位造紙專業人士創立，旨在發展紙張的循環經濟，最初專注於辦公室的機密文件銷毀，後來逐步擴展至綜合廢物管理解決方案。SSID在回收基金的支持下，於2019年推出了喵坊 (Mil Mill)，是香港首間專門回收飲品盒的紙漿廠和教育中心。喵坊每天能處理十噸飲品盒，將這些原本有用的物料 ─ 卻可能被視為垃圾並倒至已飽和的垃圾堆填區，轉化為再生紙和其他紙產品。目前，SSID運用知識和技術，為客戶和地球提供可持續的解決方案、提供減廢顧問服務，幫助數百家上市公司滿足ESG倡議的合規要求。服務的客戶超過4000個，涵蓋金融機構、法律及會計事務所、政府部門、非政府組織及教育機構。
在創辦SSID之前，葉文琪曾擔任福和紙業的執行董事，該公司是當時香港最大的紙張回收商，負責其首次公開募股 (IPO)。他亦曾為泰國Advance Agro 旗下的 Double A 紙業的總經理，幫助該品牌在香港取得第一的位置，於2006年被派往歐洲處理公司在那地區的危機，並曾擔任多個國家的管理團隊成員。在進入造紙和回收行業之前，葉文琪在多家跨國公司工作，曾擔任 LyrecoHK 的董事總經理及怡和集團的高級經理。
