Joe Chan, Partner of MindWorks Ventures
Joe is an angel investor and veteran TMT investor. Prior to that, Joe has worked for Guosen Securities, one of the largest investment banks in China, as a director and an analyst of Central Asset Investment which is an multi-year award winning asset management firm. Joe has multi-year experience in helping startups on deal structuring, fund raising as well as international expansion.

Nelson oversees all technical development projects for IC Studio and its incubatees. He has over 25-years of experience on the technology side of different domain areas such as finance and telecommunication.

Andy- Co-Founder of Qupital
Qupital is Hong Kong’s first and largest online invoice discounting exchange, the company has secured a seed investment round of 2 million USD led by Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund and MindWorks Ventures. Andy oversees Qupital’s daily operations, strategy and partnerships. Andy studied Economics and Computer Science at Brown University and has experience in Commercial Banking and Asset Management in Hong Kong and New Zealand, while also possessing a background in Software Engineering. Also, he has helped to develop an innovative legal technology platform in Denmark.
