Speakers:

Benjamin Butler | Futurist, Catalyst, Founder of Apotheosis

Benjamin is a futurist and catalyst with a profound interest in the human mind, innovation and finance. As an international columnist covering financial market trends, he writes for the Dow Theory Letters, one of the world’s oldest market strategy newsletters. He is also Advisor to the Co-Creation Institute at the Design School of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He attended the Faculty of Law at Kings College London and graduated from the School of Oriental and African Studies with a BA in Economics and Japanese.

After a career in finance (Morgan Stanley, Nomura, UBS) and as a Principal of his own hedge fund (Edge Capital), he spent time investing in and consulting to start-ups on the West Coast of the USA before establishing Apotheosis Consulting. Having lived in London, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, and NYC, Benjamin is fascinated by the human journey.

Julian Geuder |  Leadership and Organizational Consultant

Julian is based in Munich, Germany, and is Managing Director of Bridging Positions and an Advisor to Apotheosis Consulting. He has 15 years of experience in the field of change management, post-merger integration, organizational transformation and leadership development. He is an expert in designing and developing, facilitating and implementing architectures and interventions in the above areas, working with groups and organizations of all sizes.

Julian has worked throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia with both small and multinational companies. Julian studied Business Administration and Psychology at the LMU Munich and at the UAM in Madrid. He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.

Vittoria Piattelli | Catalyst

Vittoria has more than 20 years experience in the field of change management, organizational transformation, creative leadership, cross-cultural team building and development. She also works with clients on clarifying interfaces, creativity and culture of innovation.

Vittoria has worked successfully in Germany, Italy, United States, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and France with large multi-national companies, government organizations and universities. She studied Applied Arts at the Institute of Art in Florence – her home town – and Boston University of Fine Arts. She is fluent in English and Italian; and can speak Spanish and German. Vittoria is currently an Advisor to Apotheosis Consulting and Leads large interventions for Bridging Positions.
